You may request deletion of your MyPerro account and associated personal data processed through the MyPerro mobile application and related web services. We will process verified requests in line with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and our Privacy Policy.
We may ask for reasonable information to confirm you are the account holder before completing deletion.
After your request is verified and processed, we will delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data tied to your account where we are not required to retain it by law. This typically includes profile information, app preferences, and content stored solely for providing the service to you.
Certain information may be retained for a limited period where necessary—for example to meet legal, tax, regulatory, or dispute obligations, or as described in our Privacy Policy. Where retained, access is restricted and data is not used for marketing.
We aim to complete deletion within a reasonable period after verification, subject to technical and legal requirements. You will receive an acknowledgement by email when your request is received and when deletion is completed, where applicable.
You will lose access to the app and any associated services tied to that account. Pre-order, subscription, or payment records may be retained only as required for accounting, refunds, or legal compliance. If you need a copy of your data before deletion, request it first via support@myperro.in.
